— 2 cloves of minced garlic
— 2 chili peppers
— 3 spoons of olive oil
— Aged Pecorino cheese
— 500g of canned tomatoes
— 2 spoons of minced parsley
— 350g of spaghetti
Instructions
- Golden garlic and chili in olive oil. Add tomato sauce and let reduce by half.
- Boil spaghetti in salted water and add to sauce when al dente. Cook until pasta is ready and add parsley and pecorino off the flame.
